About the Company:We are a growing organization committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.Source profiles through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview process.Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives. Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).Strong understanding of hiring practices and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Required Skills:Strong sourcing skills.Good communication.Ability to close positions within defined timelines. Preferred Skills:Experience in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with diverse roles and functions.
