DESIGNATION: Business Analyst cum Project Manager

LOCATION: Delhi (Peeragarhi)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.Tech / B.com + MBA (Full time)

Summary:

We are seeking an organized individual to fill the role of Business Analyst cum Project Manager. This position will directly assist the CEO or senior management team in various administrative and project management tasks. The ideal candidate should possess advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard creation and MoMs, along with a strong ability to analyze data and contribute strategically to business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage and oversee various projects as assigned by senior management. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Business Analysis: Analyze monthly MIS & derive meaningful insights for decision-making. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis. Support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Administrative Support: Prepare MOM of critical meetings & followup on the agreed actions and submit action taken report to the CEO. Advanced Excel and Dashboard Creation: Design and develop advanced Excel models and templates to automate processes. Create visually appealing and informative dashboards using Excel or specialized software. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between various departments and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Present findings and recommendations to senior management clearly and concisely.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in project management and business analysis roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field with excellent marks – (Regular Studies). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
