WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable Android code
• Build, maintain, and optimize high-performance applications for Android devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Integrate applications with back-end services and third-party APIs
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs, and maintain code quality
• Write unit tests and automate processes to ensure robust and reliable apps
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve efficiency

YOU'RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in Android development with Kotlin and JetPack Compose
• Strong understanding of Android UI principles, SDKs, architectures, and emerging trends
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and payment platform integrations (e.g., Stripe)
• Familiarity with offline storage, threading, performance tuning, and push notifications
• Experience with version control (Git) and continuous integration
• A published Android app is highly desirable
• (Optional) Experience with AI-augmented coding tools
