🎯 Your Role

As a PLC Engineer / Trainer, you won’t just teach—you’ll inspire, innovate, and collaborate globally. Your key missions include:

  • Lead Live Training Sessions: Deliver impactful, practical sessions on PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), SCADA, HMI, and related systems to aspiring engineers and working professionals.
  • Create from Scratch: Develop advanced PLC programs and stay ahead with R&D in automation technologies.
  • Modernize Learning: Continuously update training modules with the latest in AI, Industry 4.0, VR, and IIoT.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work with our teams in the UK and beyond to ensure a seamless, high-quality learning experience worldwide.

Technical Mastery

  • Proven expertise in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, etc.)
  • Solid command of SCADA/HMI systems
  • Knowledge of control systems, industrial networks, and IIoT


Training Superpowers

  • Fluent, confident English communication and public speaking skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in the automation industry
  • Openness to international travel for onsite training sessions
