What You'll Be Doing

Drive qualified lead generation through outbound and inbound channels.
Understand product positioning deeply and tailor pitches to customer pain points and use cases.
Set up demos and actively participate in the full sales cycle — from discovery to closure.
Engage with customers in both Hindi and English, understanding their business challenges and how Gainwix can help solve them.
Work closely with the product team to share customer feedback, pain points, and new opportunities.
Use CRM tools effectively for pipeline management and reporting.
Get hands-on with use cases and drive contextual, strategic conversations with potential leads.
Identify new market segments and use creative strategies to penetrate them.

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a product-based SaaS company.
Prior experience selling CRM, messaging, or martech platforms is a strong plus.
Strong product thinking and the ability to translate product features into business value.
Comfortable with early-stage product ambiguity and capable of navigating evolving GTM strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication in both Hindi and English .
Strong ownership, adaptability, and the hustle to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for market entry and expansion opportunities.
