Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and driven SAP HANA Consultant with deep expertise in SAP HANA Live and HANA Studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP solutions, mentoring team members, and acting as a technical authority across projects. This role demands in-depth knowledge of SAP integration across modules, hands-on project delivery, and collaboration with business users to translate requirements into robust SAP HANA solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP HANA Live and HANA Studio solutions.

- Act as a technical coach within project teams, guiding junior consultants and ensuring adherence to technical and project delivery standards.

- Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical SAP solutions using HANA modeling tools and best practices.

- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP HANA with other SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.) and external systems.

- Deliver optimized real-time data models and reports using SAP HANA Live and HANA Studio.

- Utilize expertise in SAP ASAP methodology and/or alternative agile approaches to manage project lifecycles.

- Support performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data governance practices.

- Work directly with business users, understand their requirements, and provide consultative support and system improvements.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and training materials.

- Conduct training sessions or knowledge transfers to client or internal teams as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in SAP HANA Live and HANA Studio in a support or implementation capacity.

- Strong hands-on experience in HANA data modeling, including Attribute Views, Analytic Views, Calculation Views, and HANA SQL scripting.

- Deep understanding of HANA Live content and its extension/customization techniques.

- Experience with SAP BW on HANA, S/4HANA, or native HANA is a plus.

- Strong SQL and performance tuning skills.

- Familiarity with SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation), ETL processes, and data provisioning methods.

- Solid understanding of SAP integration scenarios across business processes.

- Ability to coach and mentor junior consultants and lead cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in agile, ASAP, or hybrid project methodologies.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work collaboratively across global teams.
