Business Analysts / Product Owners
who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success.If you’ve written user stories that developers love, led backlog grooming sessions, or scoped features that solved real customer problems—you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll DoOwn one or more product modules from discovery through deliveryTranslate customer and business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and structured documentationCollaborate with tech leads, developers, and QA to ship reliable, high-impact featuresLead Agile process with a multi skill teamLead sprint planning, ticket breakdowns, and backlog groomingGather and document requirements from internal teams and customers—especially around custom builds and integrationsDrive UATs, feedback loops, and improvements post-launchBalance product value with technical feasibility and timeline constraintsPartner with design to improve usability and with engineering to ensure delivery qualityAct as a key product voice in cross-functional conversations

What You Bring5–7 years as a Business Analyst in SaaS or technical product environments2–4 years of hands-on product lifecycle or Product Owner experienceExperience working with agile tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Figma, and VisioClear, concise communicator—strong in both customer-facing and internal conversationsOwnership mindset—you hold others accountable and deliver without constant supervisionGood to have experience or knowledge in US debt collection, financial services or integrations-heavy platformsGood to have familiarity with compliance, workflows and client success in US collections
