Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly, and scalable websites and web applications that power the digital learning experience at Moris AI Schools. This role will be at the forefront of our mission to create AI-driven education platforms, ensuring that our websites are not only visually appealing but also responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.

As a Web Developer, you will work closely with designers, product managers, and AI engineers to translate ideas into interactive and dynamic web experiences. You will take ownership of front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring smooth integration with databases, APIs, and AI-powered learning modules. This role requires a strong understanding of modern web technologies, UI/UX principles, and coding best practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications

• Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX best practices

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable front-end and back-end code

• Integrate APIs, databases, and AI-powered learning tools

• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO performance

• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

• Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and perform regular maintenance

• Collaborate with QA testers to ensure bug-free releases

• Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and ed-tech innovation

Primary Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)

• Experience with server-side programming (Node.js, PHP, or Python)

• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL)

• Knowledge of API integration and RESTful services

• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-platform development

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub

• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field

• Relevant certifications in web development or programming will be an added advantage

Experience

• 2–5 years of professional experience in web development

• Prior experience in ed-tech platforms, SaaS products, or AI-powered applications is preferred
