We are seeking leaders with a hunger and ambition to drive the digital agenda in the banking and insurance sector, globally.If you have an MBA from a premier institute, and a work experience of 5 to 7 years, then you are the young leader for below role:-Project ManagerLocation: Chennai / Mumbai / PuneCore Skills: Project / Program Management, Agile Delivery, Program GovernanceROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for dynamic Project Manager to manage large complex multi-year implementationJob Description:Should have managed large programs and implementation spanning across yearsExcellent communication skills with ability to articulate to customerExposure to SDLC and agile/waterfall methodologiesPMP or Prince2 certification preferredRoles & Responsibilities:Handle multi-year programs and complex implementationsUnderstand and manage customer dynamicsDocument all customer commitments and discussions using the designated trackerCreate and monitor action items, ensuring timely completion of deliverablesMaintain updated milestones in the system, encompassing both internal and external phasesManage monthly revenue accruals, supported by Percentage of Completion (PoC) reports.Obtain customer approvals/sign-offs for all deliverables, including Statements of Work (SoWs)Coordinate day-to-day communications with the client and prepare presentations for SCM meetingsEnsure on-track delivery and maintain visibility of all program deliverablesEducational Qualification:Engineering + MBA degree (Top B-School)1. What are we looking for :- Client facing Project Managers for the Delivery organization.- Will led eMACH deliveries or PF deployments.2. FUEL candidature pre-requisite :Base :Knowledge of technology & project mgmt.5-7 years experience in services / product organization.Strong communication skills.Added advantage : Either one of :PMP certificationDomain knowledge ( in any of the banking domains ) will be an added advantage but not mandatory, as we will put them thru product training.
