We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to manage client relationships and close sales deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with potential clients to discuss their needs and preferences.
  • Provide information about properties, including features, prices, and related matters.
  • Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and developments.
  • Meet sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
