Java Architect

Hiring: Technical Architect (Java / Spring Boot, ReactJS) Work Timing: 1 pm – 10 pm IST Location: Kochi/ Remote Experience: 14+years We are looking for a seasoned Technical Architect to lead architecture definition, solutioning, and end-to-end delivery for a complex product ecosystem built on Java/Spring Boot, ReactJS, and PIM platforms. Primary Technologies Java / Spring Boot, ReactJS REST / GraphQL APIs Exposure to PIM systems Cloud experience (Azure / AWS) is preferred What We are Looking For 14+ years of experience in software engineering 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles Strong experience designing scalable, performant, and secure systems Hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot or ReactJS (or both) Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams (30–40 members) Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solutioning Define and maintain end-to-end solution architecture across Java, ReactJS, and PIM components Establish API contracts, integration patterns, and communication frameworks Ensure architectures meet scalability, performance, and security goals Identify and mitigate technical risks, bottlenecks, and technical debt Evaluate emerging technologies to future proof the platform Technical Leadership Lead and mentor backend, frontend, and PIM development teams Provide design guidance, code reviews, and technical oversight Drive engineering excellence through coding standards and best practices Define strategies for logging, monitoring, and performance optimization Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with client stakeholders, product owners, and onsite architects Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution discussions Communicate architectural decisions with clarity and impact Align cross functional teams on technical direction and project goals Interested, Share your resume to
