Job Title: Product Owner - Loyalty Programs

Key Responsibilities:

           
•         Define and own the roadmap for loyalty and investor engagement programs, aligning with overall product and customer growth strategies.

           
•         Design reward mechanisms that incentivize learning (through educational content), community participation, and repeat investments.

           
•         Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, compliance) to build seamless loyalty experiences across web and mobile.

           
•         Leverage data and analytics to identify customer behaviour patterns, measure program effectiveness, and refine initiatives for maximum ROI.

           
•         Integrate gamification elements into community and educational experiences to drive deeper engagement and retention.

           
•         Benchmark industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the loyalty program remains differentiated and compelling.

           
•         Manage program operations end-to-end, including backlog prioritization, user story creation, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.

Ideal Candidate:

           
•         Brings 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience, ideally with customer engagement, loyalty, or fintech/consumer platforms.

           
•         Skilled at defining product vision and translating it into clear roadmaps, user stories, and measurable outcomes.

           
•         Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to shape loyalty initiatives and optimize engagement.

           
•         Demonstrates collaborative leadership, working effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver impactful features.

           
•         Passionate about building customer trust and long-term retention, with experience applying gamification, rewards, or community-driven engagement m
