Job Title: MEP – SpecialistLocation: Andheri (East), MumbaiExperience Required: 5–8 Years Company Description:SprintCo is a premier design firm based in Mumbai, specializing in transforming food and beverage (F&B) spaces into captivating, immersive environments. With over 25 years of expertise, the firm has successfully designed 3,500+ spaces for over 300 brands — from local cafés to renowned global names. SprintCo prides itself on creating design solutions that blend aesthetics with functionality, reinforce brand identity, and drive business growth. Objective:Seeking a strong MEP leader with deep technical expertise across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire-fighting systems, and comprehensive end-to-end MEP coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving project execution, mentoring teams, and ensuring technical excellence across multiple sites. Responsibilities:✓ Lead MEP design, planning, and execution across multiple projects ✓ Review & approve HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire-fighting and all utility system designs focused on Restaurant /Bar/Café formats ✓ Conduct technical audits and ensure compliance with ASHRAE & industry standards ✓ Oversee heat-load calculations, system sizing & equipment selection ✓ Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors ✓ Drive project scheduling, cost control & quality assurance ✓ Prepare and vet technical documents, DBR, BOQ, specifications & tenders ✓ Mentor junior MEP designers and manage smooth workflow allocation ✓ Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues & ensure timely project completion ✓ Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Turnaround Time: Reduce project turnaround times without compromising quality standards.Employee & Client Satisfaction: Achieve zero employee and client grievances, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.Reporting & Documentation: Ensure timely submission of MIS reports, daily activity reports, and all required documentation on weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual basis.Discipline & Accountability: Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism within the team, ensuring adherence to schedules and overall project success.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 8–12 years of MEP design & project management experienceStrong command over HVAC, electrical, plumbing & fire-fighting systemsProficiency in AutoCAD, Excel & other MEP design toolsExcellent leadership, communication & problem-solving capabilities Skills:Advanced MEP system design & integrationMulti-site planning & project leadershipStrong technical documentation & review abilitiesVendor & contractor management expertiseQuality assurance & compliance monitoringEquipment selection & performance optimization
