Senior Member of technical staff – Search & AI Systems We’re looking for a hands-on Systems Architect who can design and build the core engines powering AI agents, natural language relational search, large-scale indexing, ranking, and real-time data exploration. What you’ll own Architect and lead major systems powering AI-driven search and agentic workflows. Drive end-to-end design, coding, testing, deployment, and performance improvements. Build and mentor a high-caliber engineering team with a strong execution mindset. Work closely with product, design, and ML teams to deliver intelligent, reliable systems at scale. What you bring 6+ years building and scaling high-performance distributed systems. Strong hands-on coding skills (C++/Go/Java/Python). Deep understanding of systems architecture, algorithms, indexing, and performance engineering. Ability to dive deep into technical details while shaping long-term architecture.
