Technical Infrastructure Support Professional

We seek a skilled professional to ensure the operational excellence and high availability of our cloud-based infrastructure. This role is critical in maintaining and troubleshooting complex network systems, with a strong focus on networking and cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), network monitoring tools, and scripting languages like Python or Shell. They will also possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on high availability and performance.
  • Handle alerts, incidents, and on-call duties; provide technical support via multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system stability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for procedures and findings.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and process enhancements to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in technical or network/system support roles.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, SCTE) are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, routing/switching.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi, KVM, Hyper-V).
  • Knowledgeable in Linux systems (Rocky, RedHat, Ubuntu); capable of configuring routers and switches.
  • Familiar with DOCSIS, CMTS platforms, RF signals, and broadband infrastructure.
  • Experienced with network monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus).
