Job Overview

Spandana Hospital is seeking a Hospital IT professional at the fresher level for a full-time position in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role involves supporting and enhancing our healthcare systems to ensure optimal patient and staff experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Healthcare Systems Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Understand and manage hospital information systems to improve healthcare delivery.
  • Electronic Health Records (EHR) (Mandatory skill): Experience in utilizing electronic health record systems to support clinical operations.
  • Medical Device Integration (Mandatory skill): Capable of integrating and managing medical devices within the IT framework.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to safeguard patient data.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor IT systems infrastructure to support hospital operations effectively.
  • Clinical Workflow Understanding: Familiarity with clinical workflows to support IT solutions that enhance clinical functions.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support and resolve issues to ensure smooth IT operations for healthcare professionals.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing and executing IT projects within the hospital environment to meet strategic goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain hospital IT systems to enhance efficiency and support healthcare delivery.
  • Ensure reliable performance of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Integrate and manage IT components of medical devices to improve data flow and system interoperability.
  • Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to understand their IT needs and provide solutions to improve clinical workflows.
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshoot IT issues to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
  • Participate in IT projects, co-ordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Document IT processes and system changes to maintain records and facilitate future support efforts.
