Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory Manager

Role Description Should oversees the entire Plant tissue culture process from initiation to acclimatization, ensuring high quality, large-scale plant production, sterile conditions, protocol optimization, and efficient team management to meet production targets for tissue culture plants This is a full-time on-site role located in Calicut, Kerala for a Plant Tissue Culture Lab Manager. The Tissue Culture Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations, managing laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control standards are met, conducting research and development, and applying analytical skills to solve problems. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supervising laboratory personnel, and implementing safety protocols. Qualifications Strong Laboratory Skills, including managing laboratory equipment Experience in Quality Control processes Excellent Analytical Skills Ability to manage and lead a team effectively Good written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, or related field (Master's degree preferred) Experience in plants tissue culture techniques and processes
