Role : Data Migration Specialist/SAP DATA Consultant

Exp :3-5years

Location : Noida/Bangalore

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Mandatory skills : Data Migration , Syniti ADM Tool, ETL Process , SQL Scripting, S4 Hana Data structures

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute data migration projects using Syniti ADM tool for SAP

- S/4HANA implementations.

- Migrate master data (e.g., customer, vendor, material) and transactional data (e.g., sales orders, purchase orders).

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, perform data mapping, and design migration strategies.

- Develop, test, and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate and efficient data migration.

- Write and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction, validation, and transformation.

- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain high-quality documentation for the migration process.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data migration and transformation.

Key Experience :

- Proficiency in Syniti ADM tool for data migration and transformation.

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures, including master and transactional data.

- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools for data extraction, cleansing, and loading.

- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and troubleshooting.

Nice to Have Experience :

- Understanding of SAP functional modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO) to support data mapping and transformation.

- Familiarity with BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) for ETL processes.

- Exposure to ABAP programming for custom data migration logic and validation.

Skills and Competencies :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Education and Certification :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Certifications in SAP Data Migration, Syniti ADM, or related tools are a plus.

Work Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in data migration projects for SAP or similar ERP systems.

- Proven track record of working with Syniti ADM tool and SAP S/4HANA data structures.
