Ranika Design is a leading design focused manufacturer of Fashion Accessories, Clothing & Home Decor. We are based in Sector 8, Noida.

We are searching for a production merchandising manager for our recently launched Clothing Division.

Responsibilities

  • Overview and ensure the merchandising department objectives are met
  • Create a department structure & job responsibilities
  • To train and guide your team
  • Analysing the performance of production merchandising team and guiding them accordingly
  • Create process flow for the department and tweaking as and when necessary.
  • Making SOPs for your department
  • Managing the cost of the department vs the budget
  • Managing all buyer/liason office meetings independently

Qualifications

  • Strong product knowledge of wovens
  • Strong English verbal + communication skills
  • Strong managerial skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset as this is a newly launched division (Approx 3 years)
