Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level UX UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Serva Applabs in Jaipur. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Utilizing your creativity and technical expertise, you will work in a collaborative environment to deliver unparalleled design solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in Adobe XD for creating design systems and interactive prototypes (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with HTML for turning design mockups into functional front-end code (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with CSS for styling web applications.
  • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user experience design.
  • Excellent understanding of current design trends and best practices in UX/UI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills to convey design processes and concepts to stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop intuitive, user-friendly designs for mobile and web platforms that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Translate user research findings into design solutions and improvements.
  • Maintain design consistency through the creation and use of comprehensive design systems.
  • Participate in team reviews and contribute feedback to continually improve the product development process.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Ensure design solutions are feasible and align with technical constraints and business goals.
