Roles & Responsibilities As a Customer Support Executive specializing in the Voice Process, your main responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information via phone. - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. - Documenting customer interactions and managing customer accounts effectively. - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer service quality. - Participating in training programs and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements: - Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi (both spoken and written). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. - Basic computer skills and proficiency with customer support software. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements While not mandatory, the following skills or qualifications will make you a standout candidate: - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. - Certification in customer service-related courses or training. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
