We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

Work Location: Pune

In this role, you will:

Leading Programme Management Office (PMO) team and locate in projects of a variety of sizes, which are single or multiple work stream, have country or global dimension, and be of both narrow and broad scope Drive and participate in business planning activities including financial, technological and resource planning, such as Financial Control - Customer Charges, direct cost, accruals, Annual operation planning. Collaborate with teams in Business management activities, provide necessary support while capacity allows. Vendor management support – third party contract support etc. Tracking financial statuses of project deliverables and milestones  Portfolio delivery ,PMO and monthly financial governance for portfolios and resources allocation,  Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information of sources. Participate in devising and monitoring of internal governance activities.  Supporting business management including recruitment of the team, resource governance, profile maintenance, reconciliation with vendor, budget tracking, team adminiration and other ad-hoc activities Work closely with the Infrastructure and application teams to ensure the IT project is delivered on schedule and budget, and meets the business requirements in acceptable quality Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and presentation skills are required. Solid experiences and capabilities in financial management and portfolio management  In-depth knowledge in GPDM and Apptio financial management products. Proven track record of delivering large and complex projects. Familiar business environment and imperatives particularly the provision of excellent customer service. Strong experiences in financial forecasting, budget reporting, presentation to senior management. Fluent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Advantage with experience in HSBC business management process and portfolio management
