At Northwind Estates , we're shaping a new vision for luxury real estate - one that's rooted in sustainability, timeless design, and a customer-first approach. Backed by decades of experience and over 10 lakh sq. ft. of delivered developments in Delhi NCR, we're now building an exclusive, high-end residential society in Greater Noida.

As we grow, we're looking for a Brand Strategist (2–5 years experience) who's ready to hit the ground running - someone who's both strategic and hands-on, has a sharp eye for content, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location: On-site, Greater Noida

Start Date: Immediate

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute the brand, project, and social media strategies across all platforms
  • Craft and manage launch campaign strategies , from digital rollouts to offline presence
  • Handle paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
  • Oversee SEO and digital performance tracking , turning insights into action
  • Collaborate on copywriting and content curation —from reviews to website updates to marketing collaterals
  • Coordinate with the extended content and design team to manage brand collaterals
  • Regularly review and interpret digital analytics to guide ongoing strategy
  • Own the content calendar and publishing across digital platforms

Who you are:

  • You've got 2–5 years of experience in branding, content, or digital strategy roles
  • You understand the real estate or lifestyle space - or are excited to dive in
  • You're comfortable with both big-picture thinking and daily execution
  • You're detail-oriented , articulate, and collaborative
  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, SEO platforms, and analytics dashboards is a plus
