Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with 4-5 years of experience and strong expertise in civil drafting to join our team. You will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and supporting the design and construction documentation process across diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with design teams and other disciplines (structural, MEP) to ensure integration and accuracy.
- Maintain and update project documentation and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Provide drafting support during the construction phase, including clarifications for contractors.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in architectural and civil drafting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
