About the Role:

Engineer Sahab Education is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable AI/ML Mentor with 1 to 3 years of industry or teaching experience to join our growing team in Indore. This is a full-time, in-office role where you will guide and mentor students, helping them build strong foundations in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning through hands-on learning, real-world projects, and industry-relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on AI/ML concepts, including Python for ML, Data Preprocessing, Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and more.
  • Guide students in building capstone projects, participating in hackathons, and solving real-world problems.
  • Provide 1-on-1 mentorship and doubt-solving support to help learners strengthen their understanding.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and continuously improve the course material.
  • Conduct regular assessments, feedback sessions, and progress reviews.
  • Collaborate with curriculum designers and the academic team to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML development or teaching/training roles.
  • Proficient in Python, machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and passion for mentoring students.
  • Experience in building and deploying ML models is a plus.
