Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in WordPress and PHP, including custom theme and plugin development.
  • Proven experience building responsive and user-friendly websites from scratch using WordPress.
  • Excellent with Wordpress theme integration, Plugin development and customisation 
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery).
  • Solid understanding of WordPress architecture, database structure, and best coding practices.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations within WordPress.
  • Familiarity with MySQL databases.
  • Strong knowledge of website optimization techniques (page speed, SEO best practices).
  • Proven software development experience in PHP, WordPress
  • Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable and secure WordPress websites.
  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
  • Work closely with design and product teams to translate requirements into functional WordPress sites.
  • Optimize WordPress applications for performance, speed, and responsiveness.
  • Manage website deployments, updates, and testing.
  • Collaborate with international clients on requirements, updates, and feedback.
