Role: Appointment Setter
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential learners. Your role is to engage with incoming leads, understand their interests, and schedule appointments with our Growth Consultants who will guide them through our course offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads generated through our website, social media and ads.
- Qualify leads based on interest, readiness, and intent to learn.
- Set appointments and coordinate schedules for Growth Consultants.
- Ensure seamless handover of lead information to the Growth Consultant team via CRM.
- Maintain detailed call records and follow-up activity logs.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and appointments set.
Requirements:
- 02 years of experience in inside sales, or lead generation (Freshers welcome).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
- Comfortable with high call volumes and fast-paced environments.
- Basic understanding of real estate or education sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn.
