The firm prides itself on its commitment to professional excellence and client satisfaction.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Advocate PQE 10-Civil & Commercial, located in Delhi, India to work with us as Principal Associate. The role involves providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, representing clients in civil and commercial matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The Advocate will also conduct legal research, develop strategies for litigation or arbitration, and provide advice on dispute resolution and contractual issues. The position requires coordination with clients and legal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.QualificationsMinimum 10 years prior experience in Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Contract LawExpertise in Legal Drafting and Reviewing legal documentsStrong skills in Litigation, Arbitration, and Dispute ResolutionProficiency in Legal Research, Analysis, and Strategy DevelopmentExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with a PQE of 10 years in Civil and Commercial Law.
