📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat🕒 Experience: 1–3 Years🧰 Industry: Material Handling / Crane ManufacturingJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Draftsman with experience in the design and detailing of industrial cranes and material handling systems. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOM using AutoCAD or similar software.⸻Key Responsibilities - Create detailed 2D/3D drawings for EOT cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, etc. - Work closely with design engineers and production teams to finalize designs. - Develop general arrangement (GA) drawings and fabrication drawings. - Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and part lists. - Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or client requirements. - Ensure drawings comply with industry and safety standards. - Maintain drawing records and version control.⸻Requirements - Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent. - 1–3 years of drafting experience in industrial cranes or heavy machinery. - Proficient in AutoCAD (2D is must; 3D is a plus). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good knowledge of crane components, structural layouts, and fabrication processes. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.⸻Preferred Skills - Familiarity with industry codes and safety standards for cranes. - Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software is a plus. - Strong communication skills and team collaboration.⸻
