Mentor, coach, and train other technical resources as needed. What you'll bring to the team

5+ years career experience in a technical or engineering role. 2-3 years of experience with UiPath or other RPA tools in a technical capacity. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships vital to supporting sales efforts. Strong technical knowledge of UiPath solutions and architecture. Proficiency in coding and scripting in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Java) with a passion for solving technical challenges. Ability to validate solutions and translate them into messaging for sales and technical teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving skills. Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience in a technical field.

Maybe you don't tick all the boxes above— but still think you'd be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can't be learned.
