With over 200+ minds continuously at work, we own what we do Agile mindsare at our core with a continuous endeavor to invest in talent.Roles and Responsibilities:● Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managingtheir accounts and ensuring their needs are met.● Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional productsand services to clients.● Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughregular communication and meetings.● Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery ofclient projects and campaigns.● Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client industries, identifytrends, and provide insights to clients.● Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance,and client feedback.● Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-termpartnerships.● Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly andeffectively.Desired skills & experience:● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relatedfield.● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projectssimultaneously.● Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)● 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in account management, or a related role.
