Job Description

We are seeking a skilled instructor to join our team of electrical engineering experts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of core electrical engineering concepts and be able to effectively communicate these ideas to students.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in electrical engineering subjects, catering to their individual learning needs and goals.
  • Assist students in comprehending complex concepts, homework, lab reports, and exam preparation strategies.
  • Develop tailored lesson plans to meet the unique requirements of each student, focusing on practical projects and simulations.
  • Help students develop problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and critical reasoning abilities necessary for overcoming engineering challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and curriculum developments in electrical engineering.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment by providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching or tutoring electrical engineering subjects, preferably with a strong grasp of MATLAB, Multisim, PSpice, and other relevant tools.
  • The ability to break down complex technical concepts into easily understandable language.
  • Exceptional communication, patience, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for adapting to diverse learning styles and schedules.
  • Prior teaching experience or a teaching certification is a valuable asset.
