Role Title : Engineering Lead.

What you'll be doing :

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to drive technical excellence and lead complex cloud integration projects.

In this role, you'll be responsible for technical architecture, team leadership, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions across cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS environment and related technologies, with a passion for delivering innovation in the Media and Advertising sector.

This role will report into the Solution Lead.

Key responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and implementation of complex cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

- Mentor and guide team members in technical best practices, architecture patterns, and cloud-native development.

- Drive infrastructure automation initiatives using modern DevOps practices and tools.

- Architect and implement integration solutions across different cloud platforms and third-party systems.

- Review and approve technical designs, infrastructure changes, and critical pull requests.

- Establish technical standards, best practices, and documentation requirements.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead technical discovery sessions and provide architectural guidance for complex projects.

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and reliability.

- Contribute to the development of reusable components and integration patterns.

What you'll need :

- 12-15 years of overall relevant experience.

- 5+ years of software development experience.

- At least 3 years of experience in a tech leadership role, leading and mentoring engineering teams.

- Experience in leading projects from conception to deployment.

Technical Skills :

- Expert-level experience with Google Cloud Platform and its core services.

- Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform.

- Deep understanding of container orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm.

- Extensive experience with Docker containerization and microservices architecture.

- Advanced programming skills in Python and ReactJS.

- Strong experience with Git and GitHub workflows, including CI/CD pipelines.

- Proven track record of implementing complex system integrations across cloud platforms.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Strong architectural thinking and ability to make sound technical decisions.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

- Experience mentoring and growing engineering teams.

- Strong project management skills and ability to drive technical initiatives.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

- Track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with other major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Knowledge of API design and REST principles.

- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

- Contributions to open-source projects.

- Relevant technical certifications (GCP, Kubernetes, etc.)

Work Location : Hyderabad /Gurgaon.
