Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar (New Opening, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh)Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our new Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar opening in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a cafe, lounge, or bar, with strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe lounge and bar.Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.Ensure high standards of food, beverage, and service quality.Handle customer feedback and maintain guest satisfaction.Monitor inventory, cost control, and daily sales reports.Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.Implement hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.Drive sales and promotional activities to enhance revenue.Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a cafe/lounge/bar management role.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent knowledge of F&B service standards and operations.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in premium or lounge-style restaurants.Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Brand: Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar
