We are seeking highly motivated and talented Data Analysts to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst at Eaglytics Co., you will play a crucial role in interpreting data and turning it into information that can offer ways to improve business decisions. Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Data Interpretation and Analysis: Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Business Insights Understanding: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Advanced SQL Skills: Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Data Visualization: Create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio to communicate findings effectively.
- Reporting and Presentation: Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, making data accessible and actionable.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing data cleaning and validation tasks.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization to drive innovation.
Requirements of the Position:
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years (2 years mandatory)
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Advanced SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
Compensation Offered:
- Option 1: 12 LPA (9L base + 1L year-end bonus + 2L after 2 years)
- Option 2: 9 LPA (7L base + 50k year-end bonus + 1.5L after 2 years)
Notice Period: No notice period is preferable. Notice periods longer than 3 months are not preferred. A 30-day notice period is acceptable.
Shift Hours: 1 PM – 11 PM IST (flexible)
