Volody is expanding aggressively and looking for a Business Analyst & Customer Success Manager for its Product Delivery division.
The candidate should have following experience :
1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
2. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
3. Performing requirements analysis.
4. Documenting and communicating business requirement analysis.
5. Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross. functional team members and management.
6. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
7. Working closely with clients, tech team, and managerial staff.
8. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
9. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
10. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
11. Getting the user acceptance testing done from clients.
12. Performing user acceptance testing for internal standard products.
13. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
14. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
15. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
16. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
17. Managing competing resources and priorities.
18. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
19. Creating project / product road map, communicating it with the client and get it implemented
