🧭 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead pre-construction and operational energy yield analyses using PVsyst and other simulation tools.
  • Advise clients across technical and financial backgrounds, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans for high-impact solar PV projects.
  • Produce detailed technical reports and proposals that inform strategic decisions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of internal technical capabilities.
  • Support business development by building client relationships and identifying new opportunities.


🛠️ What You Bring

  • Proven experience in solar PV energy yield modelling and performance analysis.
  • Strong command of PVsyst or similar simulation software.
  • Background in engineering research and development within renewables.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead client conversations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable, or related field).
