  • Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix commands (mandatory).

  • Basic proficiency in SQL queries for data validation and issue diagnosis.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
  • Adherence to standard operating procedures, documentation practices, and SLA compliance.
