The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance online visibility. This role requires expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends.Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy & Implementation:Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content optimization.Optimize website structure, content, and meta tags to improve on-page SEO.Manage and enhance off-page SEO efforts, including link-building and outreach campaigns.Technical SEO & Website Optimization:Perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues and ensure website health.Work closely with developers & designers to improve website performance, mobile usability, and page speed.Implement structured data, schema markup, and other SEO enhancements.Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and ensure compliance with best practices.Content Strategy & Optimization:Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content aligned with keyword strategies.Optimize existing content and landing pages for better search visibility & user engagement.Develop internal linking strategies to enhance crawlability & page authority.Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking:Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates to measure SEO success.Generate detailed reports with insights and action plans for continuous improvement.Competitor & Market Analysis:Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and SEO opportunities.Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Collaboration & Team Management:Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to align SEO strategies with business goals.Train and guide junior SEO specialists or content teams on SEO best practices.Qualifications & Skills:✅ 4+ years of proven SEO experience in a similar role.✅ Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.✅ Expertise in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Arefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).✅ Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO.✅ Experience in technical SEO, including page speed optimization, structured data, and mobile-first indexing.✅ Strong analytical skills to interpret SEO data and drive actionable insights.✅ Excellent content optimization skills and experience with content marketing & keyword strategy.✅ Ability to develop and execute link-building strategies effectively.✅ Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.✅ Familiarity with local SEO, eCommerce SEO, and voice search optimization is a plus.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on exciting and challenging SEO projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Continuous learning & professional development opportunities.If you are passionate about SEO, data-driven decision-making, and improving search rankings, we’d love to hear from youApply now by sending your resume to tanvi@maxlence.com.au
