The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in backend development using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, along with a passion for building scalable, efficient, and secure web applications.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow your expertise in modern web technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP (Laravel framework).Design and optimize databases in MySQL and PostgreSQL for performance and scalability.Implement and customize features using Laravel Filament for faster and efficient development.Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other external services as required.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Required Skills (Must Have)Strong programming skills in PHP with expertise in the Laravel framework.Solid understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.Hands-on experience with Laravel Filament (secondary but required skill).Good understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.Good to Have (Preferred Skills)Knowledge of Python for scripting or backend tasks.Experience with third-party integrations and API development/integration.Familiarity with payment gateway integration (e.G., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.).Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3-5 years of professional experience in software development with proven project exposure.BenefitsHealthy & Flexible Work Environment5 Days Working (Monday -Friday)WFH Policy
