Duration: 2 MonthsMode: RemoteCommitment: ~8–10 hours/weekStart: ImmediateAbout MBA InsiderMBA Insider is a student-led platform built to simplify the MBA journey from GDPI preparation to live projects, case competitions, and curated MBA resources.Founded by students from IIM Lucknow, we focus on clarity, personalization, and outcomes, not mass coaching or noise.Role OverviewWe are looking for Marketing & Growth Interns who will work closely with the founding team to grow MBA Insider’s reach, bring in candidates, and build a strong MBA-focused community.This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with real ownership not a passive or template-based internship.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and publish MBA-focused content ( posts, carousels, short write-ups)Assist in planning and executing content calendarsSupport promotion of GDPI prep programs, live projects, and sessionsActively bring in MBA aspirants and students through , WhatsApp, and peer networksSupport outreach for registrations, sessions, and community growthHelp scale WhatsApp and communitiesPrepare resource PDFs (GDPI notes, GK summaries, interview frameworks)Curate and summarize relevant business news & articles for aspirantsWho Should ApplyThis role is a good fit if you are:An UG student interested in marketing, growth or consultingComfortable with writing, research, and outreachProactive, structured, and willing to take ownershipWhat You’ll GainReal exposure to marketing & growth strategyOpportunity to work directly with IIM foundersVariable pay / Incentives on achieveing goals.Ownership over visible outcomes (reach, engagement, growth)
