Job Title: Sales Executive - Insurance
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our insurance team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and selling insurance products that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate New Business Leads : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, such as referrals, networking events, and online marketing.
2. Build Relationships with Clients : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Sell Insurance Products: Sell a range of insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance, to individuals and businesses.
4. Conduct Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients' insurance requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
5. Meet Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required).
