Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Certinia (FinancialForce) Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing, customizing, and supporting Certinia ERP/PSA solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a remote role based in India, with working hours aligned to a designated time zone (to be discussed in the interview).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize Certinia (FinancialForce) modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Certinia Financial Management and Professional Services Automation features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and offer ongoing functional/technical support.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities.
• Align solutions with industry best practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including significant exposure to Certinia (FinancialForce) ERP/PSA.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience in financial management, billing, revenue recognition, and/or project management modules.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
