- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to data exchange processes.

- Identify and implement solutions to resolve defects and improve system performance.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Data Integrity and Security :

- Ensure data integrity and security during data transfer processes.

- Implement data validation and error handling mechanisms.

- Adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.

System Support and Maintenance :

- Provide technical support for data exchange systems and applications.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Support data transfer between various systems, including PLM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project 1 managers.

- Participate in Agile methodology practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java programming.

- Experience with JSP (JavaServer Pages).

- Experience with REST APIs.

- Experience with IBM MQ Series or RabbitMQ.

- Knowledge of data exchange platforms (e.g. xPDM, EzXchange, etc).
