We’re looking for a Product Designer who thinks like a Product Manager. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, and strategy: you’ll shape what we build, why we build it, and how it comes to life. Your focus: make complex problems simple, drive adoption, and deliver measurable impact.



What you’ll do


  • Own the end-to-end product experience and simplify user journeys
  • Influence product direction and connect design to business outcomes
  • Prototype, design, and deliver solutions that drive adoption
  • Work with engineering, sales, and success to remove friction
  • Champion simplicity and user obsession in every decision



What we’re looking for


  • Strong product design skills (UX/UI) with strategic thinking
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience shaping what to build, not just how to design at similar tech companies or preferably startups.
  • Obsession with simplicity, adoption, and impact
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving team

Salary: 30 lac - 40 lac + bonus + ESOPS
