Techsophy - Machine Learning Engineer - Data Modeling

Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 3-6 years of experience who has hands-on expertise in training machine learning models. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data preprocessing, model development, optimization, and deployment while working with large datasets and deep learning frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and train machine learning models for various business applications.
- Preprocess and clean data to ensure high-quality training datasets.
- Select appropriate algorithms and frameworks to optimize model performance.
- Fine-tune hyperparameters and optimize model accuracy.
- Deploy trained models into production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML models into applications.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvements in model efficiency.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and deep learning.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Python and machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in training machine learning models and working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Docker.
- Experience in handling real-world datasets and applying machine learning in production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of distributed training and optimization techniques.
