Job Title: Inside Sales- Inside Sales Executive. Department: Sales/Lead Generation Reports To: Team Leader-AM. Location: Noida Sector -63.Job Summary:An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by identifying prospects, engaging potential customers remotely (via phone, email, and virtual meetings), and closing sales deals. They operate from an office setting and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale support, without the need for extensive field travel. Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and research new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, social media, and other digital resources.Lead Qualification: Evaluate potential customers' needs, budgets, and interest levels to determine if they are qualified leads for the business.Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Engage with prospects to explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of products or services, often via online presentations or video conferences.Negotiation and Closing: Work with clients to negotiate pricing and contract terms, address objections, and successfully close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.CRM Management and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline status using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to align strategies, share best practices, and improve lead quality and conversion rates.Product Knowledge: Continuously stay up-to-date with product information, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's solutions. Essential Skills and QualificationsEducation: A high school diploma is typically required, while a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.Experience: Proven experience in an inside sales or a related sales position, often 1-3 years, is desirable, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening skills are essential for effective customer engagement.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is standard.Soft Skills:Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
