Location: Pondicherry, India📣 Nurall is hiringWe are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor / Engineer to join our on-site project team in Pondicherry. This is for our Raha Luxury Wellness Villas project. At Nurall, we build exclusive, eco-conscious wellness villas that blend luxury with holistic well-being. This is a critical role to bridge our design vision with precise on-site execution.What You Will Do: * Draft detailed working drawings and GFCs in AutoCAD based on architect guidance. * Generate accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for all civil, structural, and interior works. * Prepare site reports (MIS, as-built tracking, material reconciliation, change orders).This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday - Saturday).We are looking for someone with:Must-Haves: * Experience: 0-2 years in a relevant field. * Language: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory. * Technical Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is essential. * Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. * Location: Candidates from Pondicherry or nearby localities are strongly preferred.Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points): * Experience with MIS reporting and preparing presentations. * Experience coordinating with external drafting firms.If you are a detail-oriented professional eager to grow in the luxury real estate space, we want to hear from you.How to Apply: Apply directly from and one of our team members will reach out.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to be a pivotal part of a lean and efficient team where your multi-faceted role will have a direct impact on the success of our properties.
