Job Title: IT Business Analyst Experience: 3+ Years Location: Bangalore About the Role We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful delivery of IT projects. Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions. Support creation of BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and data flow diagrams. Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and business stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve requirement-related issues during project execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time with high-quality documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT project lifecycle. Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and UAT support. Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and process maps. Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience working with enterprise applications or SaaS platforms. Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis. Knowledge of ITIL processes or certification is a plus. Exposure to automation tools or low-code platforms is an added advantage.
