Motion Graphics Designer

Overview:We’re looking for a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in 2D motion design, a strong understanding of 3D animation, and the ability to create original assets from concept to completion.You’ll work closely with other designers, producers, and creative leads to bring ideas to life across campaigns, explainer videos, and digital content. This role suits someone who loves solving creative challenges, works well under deadlines, and takes pride in refining both craft and storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Design and AnimationDevelop engaging motion graphics and animations for campaigns, digital marketing, and social content.Collaborate with creative leads and producers to translate concepts into effective visual narratives.Follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas and design solutions to each project.Present and explain design decisions clearly, taking feedback constructively and adapting as needed.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work that meets both creative and technical standards.About You:A strong portfolio that demonstrates your motion design and animation work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).At least five years of experience working with 3D software.Skilled in green screen keying, VFX, tracking, and compositing.Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion design fundamentals.Up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
